Navigating life’s challenges—especially when it comes to children, teens, or caregiving—can feel overwhelming at times. I work with children, adolescents, and families to help build emotional resilience, improve communication, and foster growth in a supportive and structured environment. With a background in education and over a decade running a home daycare, I bring a deep, lived understanding of child development and family dynamics. I’m also a parent of four and currently live in a multi-generational household, giving me firsthand insight into the complex realities of caregiving and family life.
I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients work through issues like anxiety, attention challenges, developmental concerns, and life transitions.
Whether I’m supporting a teen struggling with self-esteem or guiding a parent through tough behavioral challenges, I tailor my approach to meet each client where they are at. I aim to create a grounded, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
