I received a BA from the State University of Moldova, a Master’s degree in mental health from the Free International University of Moldova, and a Master’s of Arts in Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in June 2023.
I have provided counseling services in a variety of different settings including community mental health and private practice. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and young adults with difficulties including self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD symptoms.
I consider myself a therapist who utilizes Person-centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based practices as needed as ways to accept realities and behaviors in life, help live in the moment, cope with stress, regulate behavior, and improve relationships.
I am devoted to establishing a strong rapport with clients while recognizing counseling as a collaborative process. I believe it’s important that clients feel safe when sharing their innermost thoughts, feelings, and concerns.
Although I love my work, I also enjoys spending time with my husband, our two sons, and daughter. I love to read, bake different delicious dishes, and travel.
